Visual Test
Cornelo technicians do a comprehensive inspection of cord, plugs, appliances, and sockets. Guards and covers physically inspected to ensure that they are connected, appliances are checked for rattles indicating the presence of foreign objects that may compromise with the safety of the appliance.
Electrical Test
Under AS/NZS 3760:2010, following tests are conducted to check the electrical tests:
- Polarity
- Earthing
- Insulation Resistance
- Leakage current testing
Microwave Leakage Testing
Hitting the door, food particles or dust stuck in the door seals and hinges, or basic wear and tear all cause the oven door to slightly separate from the oven enclosure. Once this happens, invisible, but highly dangerous microwaves leak through the small space and cause irreversible damage and injury to the user. Chronelo tests the microwave leakage and in case its deteriorated.
Fire Protection Services
Fire can become a very hazardous event for anyone. At Chronelo, we perform inspection and testing of fire extinguisher, smoke detector, fire hose reels and fire blankets so that in the moment when you need it most, it works exactly the way it supposed to. Fire protection equipment testing is mandatory and also need to carry out by fully trained technician in accordance with AS/NZS 1851.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
PAT (Portable appliance testing) involves the testing of detachable plugs and wires. Testing and tagging is essential to perform on these portable devices especially in the environment where these devices are highly used. Chronelo technicians will help you testing all your portable appliances and make your home and workplace safe.
Construction Equipment Testing
Our technicians are highly expert at testing the equipment used in demolition or on construction sites - as they follow particular tag colors required to use in different months of the year according to AS/NZS 3012. It is referred to as RGBY, which represents the colors red, green, blue and yellow.
